    Beach access stole the spotlight

    The wonderful beach access, coupled with the helpful and friendly staff who always greeted us with smiles. The energy of the hotel made for lovely evenings.

    The dining options were repetitive and lacked variety during our week-long stay.

    Nice setting, beautiful seaside, organised beach. Good option for families.

    No person available to pick our stuff to the room when we arrived. We decided to carry them ourselves instead of waiting under the hot sun. There was only one clerk for all customers. The air conditioning in the children's playground (-1 flooor) was not working properly during a very hot weather. The situation was unbearable.

    What I liked most was that it is a really luxurius,family hotel with a lot of facilities for the kids. Most importantly you don't have to worry too much about your kids whereabouts. Thank you Platamon Palace for a really enjoyable and relaxing stay.

    Location of this hotel is superb. It is situated on beautiful sandy beach with huge platamon trees on it. Hotel is equiped with all facilities for good vacation (many swiming pools, spa, sunbeds, parasols, shovers, sport facilites for adult and kids... All rooms are with sea view, large private parking and free internet are additional benefit. This is for sure the place where I would like to be again.

    Only remark I could put on taste of food. Selection of meals are ok, but the taste was on lower level than expected on 5 stars hotel. We had halfboard, but finaly realized that it would be better to had just breakfast and to have meals in surrounding restorans.

    Very well positioned, nice view, nice beach bar.

    Serious segregation between bracelletes (blue vs gold), very unprepared and bored staff (any foreigner language less than greek), the restaurant look like a cantine even is a 5*. If you choose a halfboard reservation(without bracelette), everybody look at you like a monkey. Overall we spent a nice week there.

    The hotel staff were friendly. The beach was beautiful with ample sunbeds, giving us plenty of space to relax. My children loved the playful atmosphere and the varied activities offered by the animation team.

    good location, large pools

    no signs around or near the hotel, very poor room amenities, no mini bar, dinner of mediocre quality and variety, misleading signs for "happy hour" drinks that at the end we were informed that were valid only for the all-inclusive clients..I have been to many 5-star hotels and believe me, this not...pity for the manager who is around checking on a 24-hour basis!...if you are not German or Polish etc with an all-inclusive package for less than 40-50 per person, its not worth it...

    The beach access was fantastic, just a short walk away. The hotel had a good-sized pool. Our room, though clean, faced some privacy issues with a glass bathroom door that lacked a locking mechanism. It felt awkward at times. Staff were genuinely polite, and I appreciated their energy at the kid's mini disco which kept everyone entertained. The food had a decent variety, but I found it somewhat repetitive and lacking in flavors over our week-long stay. One evening I went to the lobby for drinks only to find fewer options than expected. It would have been great if they had a wider selection available throughout the resort. I was also disappointed with the room cleaning schedule. It happened during the afternoon, which wasn't convenient when we wanted some downtime. While the hotel could use some updates and improvements, we had a nice family time enjoying the beach and activities.

    I was very impressed with the convenience of the Beach and Swimming Pools. I only stayed for one night but will come back again for longer. The Staff were lovely.

    The rooms were clean. The food was plenty and nice (we had half-board), the view and location incredible and the facilities at the hotel were diversified, we did not get bored.

    The hotel used to be a 5 star hotel, not it's not! The furniture in the room was very old and used, also the towels in the bathroom were horrible, very old and torn. There were cats everywhere in the hotel, and even in the restaurant. All in all it was a nice stay, but I saw better smaller hotels in Platamonas. I don't think we will stay at this hotel again.
